Our recent state of social distance and self isolation has caused me to go waaay back through some of our old videos. Somehow I completely forgot how fucking sick this 2012 Vaughan "MF" Jones (VMFV for those in the know) part is. Sad to see a bunch of spots that are no longer with us and rad to see the ones that still are. Watch him smash the lot of the them with typical VJ precision below. Then go and wash your hands.
